4月8日，润农节水（920964）发布公告，修正了2025年度业绩预告及业绩快报。公告中提到，归母净利润由预计的382万元修正为-1685万元，降幅为541.73%。归母净利润的修正主要是由于报告期内部分工程项目发生增量变更，相关确认未能如期取得，导致需计提减值损失。
公司还提到，总资产和归母权益也有所变化，分别修正为15.92亿元和8.7亿元
