4月8日早间，国瓷材料公告，于2026年4月7日18时10分左右，公司二厂东区一厂房发生一起火灾事故，事故造成1人死亡。事故发生后，公司立即启动突发事件应急预案，成立现场应急领导小组，配合政府相关部门开展应急处置、现场救援工作，在当地消防、应急等部门共同努力下，火情得到控制并扑灭。目前，事故发生的具体原因正在调查当中。
