4月7日，A股震荡反弹，沪指3900点得而复失，全市场成交额1.6万亿元，较上日小幅缩量，近4000只个股收涨，板块题材上，草甘膦、农化产品、有机硅板块涨幅居前；银行、保险板块跌幅居前。
截至收盘，中证A500指数上涨0.2%，沪深300指数接近平收，创业板指数上涨0.4%，上证科创板50成份指数上涨1.4%。
