横店影视（603103）发布公告，控股股东的一致行动人金华恒影投资合伙企业（有限合伙）于2026年4月2日至2026年4月7日期间，通过集中竞价方式减持公司股份228万股，减持股份占公司总股本的0.36%。
本次减持后，金华恒影持有公司股份4812万股，占公司总股本的7.59%。金华恒影及一致行动人持股比例从88.30%减至87.94%，权益变动触及1%刻度的整数倍。
2025年，横店影视实现收入22.98亿元，归母净利润1.59亿元。
