4月7日，A股三大指数集体收涨，截至收盘，上证指数涨0.26%，深证成指涨0.36%，创业板指涨0.36%；北证50跌0.34%。沪深两市成交额约16143.95亿元，较前一个交易日缩量约421.13亿元。全市场3977只股票上涨、1426只股票下跌，其中101只涨停、18只跌停。
板块方面，有机硅、草甘膦、PTA，基础化工、石油石化、农林牧渔等行业以及概念涨幅居前；两轮车、中电科系、重卡、银行、贵金属、IT服务等行业以及概念跌幅居前。
