北京商报讯（记者 宋亦桐）4月7日，四川金融监管局发布《关于乐山昆仑村镇银行有限责任公司解散的批复》，同意解散乐山昆仑村镇银行有限责任公司。根据《四川金融监管局关于乐山农村商业银行股份有限公司吸收合并乐山昆仑村镇银行有限责任公司的批复》，乐山昆仑村镇银行有限责任公司经清产核资后的债权、债务由乐山农村商业银行股份有限公司承接。
