当地时间4月5日，匈牙利总理欧尔班表示，塞尔维亚总统武契奇通过电话告知他，在塞尔维亚境内向匈牙利输送俄罗斯天然气的“土耳其溪”管道附近发现“强力炸药”，系人为蓄意破坏行为。
欧尔班暗示乌克兰应对这一事件负责，他表示，“多年来，乌克兰一直试图切断欧洲与俄罗斯能源的联系。”
