记者从湖南省永州市冷水滩区委宣传部获悉，今天（4月5日）10时许，冷水滩区杨村甸乡保方村发生一起车辆侧翻事故。据初步了解，事故造成3人死亡，2人受伤，伤者已送往医院救治。
