当地时间4月4日，阿富汗政府发言人扎比乌拉·穆贾希德表示，近期阿富汗全国范围的降雨及自然灾害导致该国61人死亡，116人受伤，4人失踪，2448间房屋损毁，此外还有大量农田被毁和牲畜死亡。（总台记者 李霜溪）
