4月3日报道，河南男子刘某好心搭载三名亲戚返程，途中发生追尾事故致2人死亡。一审以交通肇事罪判处其有期徒刑三年九个月。二审期间，刘某与死者家属达成调解并取得谅解，法院综合考虑“好意同乘”、认罪悔罪等情节，改判为有期徒刑三年，缓刑四年。（潮新闻）
