4月3日，瑞丰银行发布公告称，该行董事会收到执行董事、副行长秦晓君提交的书面辞呈，秦晓君因工作调动原因，申请辞去该行执行董事、董事会消费者权益保护委员会委员及副行长职务，辞职后不再担任该行任何职务。根据相关法律法规及该行《章程》规定，该辞呈自2026年4月3日起生效。
