IT之家 4 月 3 日消息，发行商万代南梦宫宣布旗下《小小梦魇 2: 强化版》（Little Nightmares II Enhanced Edition）将于 5 月 29 日登陆 Switch 2 平台，同步放出了游戏预告片信息。相对于初代 Switch 版本《小小梦魇 2》，增强版游戏将拥有更高的分辨率和更出色的视觉特效。
公开信息显示，《小小梦魇 2》最初于 2021 年 2 月 11 日登陆 PlayStation 4、Xbox One、Switch 及 Steam 平台，强化版于 2021 年 8 月 25 日登陆 PlayStation 5、Xbox Series 及 Steam，截至IT之家发稿，本作在 Xbox 港服定价为 219 港币（IT之家注：现汇率约合 192.7 元人民币）。
