一县委书记致辞火上热搜，全程仅6秒

3月30日傍晚，贵州黔东南州“州长杯”榕江赛区闭幕式上，榕江县委书记徐勃走上球场，拿起话筒只说了“闭幕”二字，全程仅6秒，现场先是一愣，随即爆发出热烈掌声与笑声。

The closing ceremony of the "Governor's Cup" soccer tournament in Rongjiang county, Guizhou province, lasted only six seconds, because that was all it took for the local Party secretary to say "closed".

Xu Bo, the county's Party secretary, stepped onto the field on the evening of Monday, picked up the microphone, and delivered a one-word address: "Closed." The crowd paused for a moment, then burst into laughter and applause.

4月2日，榕江县体育训练中心主任唐龙向记者还原当时的场景：当时天已黑、气温低，孩子们踢了一下午球，又累又饿，列队站了很久。徐勃到场后要求简化程序，让孩子们尽早回家用餐休息。

Tang Long, director of the county's sports training center, explained on Thursday what had happened behind the scenes.

By the time Xu arrived, the ceremony had already run late. It was dark and cold, and the children had been playing soccer all afternoon. They were exhausted, hungry, and had been standing in formation for a long time. Xu immediately asked to cut the ceremony short, so the kids could go home, eat, and rest.

据介绍，榕江县位于贵州省东南部，地处湘黔桂三省（自治区）结合部中心地带，火爆全网的“村超”发源于此，县委书记徐勃也因推动“村超”走向全国的努力而成为“网红官员”。徐勃出生于1986年1月，曾在吉林、广东等地工作，2021年任贵州省榕江县县长，2024年任榕江县委书记。

Rongjiang county, located at the crossroads of Guizhou, Hunan and Guangxi, is best known as the birthplace of the "Village Super League (or Cun Chao in Chinese) " — a grassroots soccer phenomenon that became a nationwide sensation. 4月3日，中青评论就此发文表示，“只说两个字”的超短致辞之所以爆火出圈，关键在于接地气、不违和。

一是合乎时宜，展现了换位思考的共情能力：天色已暗、气温降低，小球员和观众都累了一天，相较于长篇大论，讲话务实高效，让大家尽早能回家用餐休息，反而更实在、更能让人感受到人情味。

二是贴合语境，符合村超接地气的氛围调性：“全民快乐参与”一直是村超的宝贵特质，赛场的整体氛围是轻松、随性的，若是发言繁杂冗长、“穿靴戴帽”，反倒会显得格格不入。

三是不乱抢戏，把C位交还给真正的主角：村超的运营模式，靠的是“政府搭台、群众唱戏”。从上场踢球到安排赛事细节，球员和观众才是当之无愧的主角。“只说两个字”的闭幕致辞里，有当地领导摆正自身定位、“把话筒交给群众”的自觉与克制。
