4月3日，红果短剧发布声明称，平台近日收到对短剧《桃花簪》的投诉，第一时间展开对出品方相关信息与材料的梳理审核。在72小时全面审核期，出品方未能向平台出具足够证实合规使用素材的证据。经细致比对核查，平台认定出品方违反相关内容合规使用规定，构成违规违约，即全面下架该剧，并暂停该出品方上传所有剧集15天。
