据中国贸易救济信息网消息，2026年4月2日，美国国际贸易委员会（ITC）发布公告称，对特定具有视频功能的笔记本电脑、台式计算机、手持式计算机、平板电脑、电视、投影仪及其组件和模块作出337部分终裁：对本案行政法官于2026年3月18日作出的初裁（No.39）不予复审，即基于双方和解，终止本案对中国山东Hisense Co., Ltd., Qingdao, China海信集团有限公司、美国Hisense USA Corporation, Suwanee, Ga.、美国Hisense Electronics Manufacturing Company of America Corporation, Suwanee, Ga的调查，拒绝对有限分发的申请。
