财联社4月2日电，WTI原油期货涨幅扩大至9%，报109.131美元/桶，创3月9日以来新高。布伦特原油涨8.31%，报109.562美元/桶。三位业内消息人士周四表示，由于乌克兰对港口基础设施、管道和炼油厂的打击削弱了出口能力约100万桶/日（约占总能力的五分之一），俄罗斯石油减产已迫在眉睫。
