4月2日，康斯特（300445）发布公告，浦江川于2026年4月1日通过大宗交易方式减持公司股份248万股，占公司总股本1.1674%，持股比例由 9.1737%下降至8.0063%。
浦江川次减持计划已终止并提前实施完成，未减持股份在剩余减持期间内不再减持。
2025年，康斯特实现收入5.90亿元，归母净利润1.04亿元。
