格隆汇4月2日丨珍宝岛(603567.SH)公布，经国家税务总局鸡西市税务局第一稽查局认定，公司全资子公司黑医贸应补缴2019年至2024年税款4445.85万元及滞纳金。截至2026年3月31日，黑医贸已补缴税款及滞纳金1821.74万元，剩余税款及滞纳金将尽快补缴完毕。本次事项不涉及税务行政处罚。
