4月2日，在界面新闻“755大真探”栏目针对“欧时力加盟商门店充值卡难退款”报道后，涉事消费者联系“755大真探”称，欧时力珠海华发商都店已与其联系，称可以为其办理退款。
“755大真探”此前报道，欧时力珠海华发商都门店以自身为加盟店为由，拒绝消费者对其几日前充值的储值卡进行退款。
