罚单显示，永诚财产保险股份有限公司渭南中心支公司的主要违法违规事实（案由）为：虚列费用套取资金。
针对上述违法违规行为，国家金融监督管理总局渭南监管分局对其罚款12.5万元；对总经理冯骏警告并处罚款1.5万元。
