4月1日，瑞茂通（600180）发布公告，公司董事会秘书白硕已通过上海证券交易所举办的董事会秘书任职培训并取得任职培训证明，自取得证明之日起正式履行公司董事会秘书职责。
公司于2026年2月27日召开第九届董事会第十二次会议，审议通过了聘任白硕担任董事会秘书的议案，任期至第九届董事会任期届满之日止。
2025年前三季度，瑞茂通实现收入160.14亿元，归母净利润7476万元。
