多位车友咨询、反映：网传今日（4月1号）起电子监控将抓拍机动车后排不系安全带。经与太原交管部门核实：机动车上路行驶，全车人员均须按规定规范系好安全带。目前，太原对后排座位未按规定使用安全带的违法行为，以现场管理为主，暂未通过电子监控设备抓拍处罚。安全无小事，无论前排后排，上车请第一时间系好安全带.
