宁德时代今日发布公告，公司董事长曾毓群向上海交通大学教育发展基金会捐赠其个人持有的公司 A 股 500 万股股票，用于支持教育事业发展。上述股票均为无限售流通股，按捐赠日股价计算价值超 20 亿元。据悉，曾毓群在 6 年内已累计向上海交大捐赠超 34 亿元。
