近日，广东珠海杜先生向媒体反映，3月11日，其在某平台一家名为“金福缘珠宝首饰”的店铺，购买了1.76克黄金饰品，花费2060元，原本计划作为礼物送给女友。收到商品后，杜先生发现物品手感异常，用打火机灼烧后，饰品出现发黑、掉色情况。
目前，涉事店铺已无法搜索。
