当地时间3月31日，赞比亚政府宣布该国燃油供应进入紧急状态，同时宣布了一系列紧急措施以缓解该国燃油短缺困境。
据悉，赞比亚政府当天召开的内阁特别会议批准了该国对汽油和柴油进口实行零增值税率，并暂停征收消费税，这些措施将于2026年4月1日起生效，为期3个月。（央视新闻）
