3月31日晚，海昌海洋公园在港交所公告，截至2025年12月31日止年度，集团录得营业额约人民币15.492亿元，较上年度下降约14.8%；年内亏损约人民币9.836亿元（2024年亏损约人民币7.495亿元）。于同期间，母公司拥有人应占亏损约人民币9.559亿元（2024年母公司拥有人应占亏损约人民币7.397亿元）。
