证券日报网讯 3月30日，天顺风能发布公告称，本次担保事项经2025年年度股东会审议通过后，公司已批准的对外担保总额度为人民币220.41亿元，实际担保额为人民币144.00亿元，实际担保额占公司2025年末经审计净资产的166.37%。公司没有对合并报表范围外的公司提供担保，也不存在逾期债务对应的担保余额、涉及诉讼的担保金额及因被判败诉而应承担的担保金额等。
