3月30日，2026“东北超”抽签仪式在沈阳举行。经过抽签，8支参赛球队各自落位，5月23日首轮对阵也正式出炉。根据规则，首轮比赛对阵为长春VS通辽、沈阳VS鸡西、哈尔滨VS大连、呼和浩特VS延边。
东北草根足球的崛起将跨越四省区界限，让“东北一家亲”的温暖在每一脚传递、每一次拥抱中延续。
