沈阳不少临街商户，在店内经营的同时，也经常会在门口支个桌摆点货，吸引顾客。可是《城市市容和环境卫生管理条例》明确规定，临街商户不得超出门窗进行店外经营或摆放杂物。沈阳本地也有明确的相关规定。不摆，货走得慢；摆了，就被处罚。在生计和法律法规面前，这道题真的就无解吗？请看视频：
