人民财讯3月30日电，市场监管总局就《食品安全抽样检验管理办法（征求意见稿）》向社会公开征求意见，征求意见稿把发现问题和风险隐患作为抽检工作的出发点，将食品安全抽样检验工作分为监督抽检和风险抽检，并分别单列一章。强化风险抽检工作，拓宽风险抽检实施主体，明确风险抽检实施情形，使其抽样和检验更灵活，并规定了风险抽检结果研判和报送方式。
