根据江苏省气象台发布的全省天气预报，受江淮气旋影响，3月30日全省将出现大风和降水天气，水面预报风力达阵风7~9级。江苏海事局发布消息，自3月30日9时起，拟对江阴大桥以下至长江#1浮内的内河集装箱船舶、内河滚装船舶、内河大件运输船舶、内河载运易流态货物船舶、80米以下小型船舶、拖带船队或抗风等级小于气象预报的船舶实施临时交通管制。（央视新闻）
