3月29日，三安光电（600703）发布公告，，公司董事长林志强和副董事长、总经理林科闯拟自2026年3月31日（含本日）起的6个月内，通过上海证券交易所系统以集中竞价方式增持公司股份。
其中，林志强拟增持金额不低于2000万元，不超过4000万元，林科闯拟增持金额不低于500万元，不超过1000万元。
2025年前三季度，三安光电实现收入138.17亿元，归母净利润8860万元。
