First home loan: Interest rate of 2.1% for terms of 5 years or less (inclusive), and 2.6% for terms longer than 5 years.

首套房:5年以下(含)年利率2.1%,5年以上2.6%。

Second home: Interest rate for loans with a term of 5 years or less (inclusive) is 2.525%, and for loans with a term of more than 5 years, it is 3.075%.

Credit limit

额度

Base credit limit: For the first home, the maximum is 1.84 million yuan; for the second home, the maximum is 1.495 million yuan.
