自2026年4月1日起，公司中文名称由“小鹏汽车有限公司”变更为“小鹏集团”。
此次更名旨在标志着公司从单一造车新势力向多元化AI科技集团转型，未来业务将覆盖智能电动汽车、飞行汽车、人形机器人以及Robotaxi等物理AI领域。
小鹏汽车董事长何小鹏表示，这是从“智能电动汽车的征程”迈向“物理AI全球征途”的新起点。
