格隆汇3月27日丨圣马丁国际(00482.HK)公告，集团预期于2025年度间将录得不少于1.27亿港元之综合净亏损，相比2024年12月31日止年度则录得综合净亏损约5853.6万港元。预期报告期间录得综合净亏损主要归因于(i)集团收入减少；(ii)金融资产的预期信贷亏损拨备增加；及(iii)公司的投资物业公平值增幅减少。
