3月27日，万达电影公告称，拟变更公司名称为儒意电影娱乐股份有限公司，变更证券简称为儒意电影，并相应修订《公司章程》。更名后，万达影城作为公司旗下重要的影城品牌之一，将继续为用户提供优质的观影与线下娱乐服务。
