财联社3月27日电，据世茂集团今日公布的2025年年度业绩，公司全年实现净利润44.77亿元，相较2024年的亏损436.86亿元，实现扭亏为盈。财报显示，2025年世茂集团实现营收284.18亿元，其中酒店经营、商业运营、物业管理及其他收入占总收入41.8%，较2024年上升21.7个百分点；截至2025年12月31日，公司借贷总额为1822.66亿元，较上年年末减少697.85亿元。（财联社记者 王海春）
