罚单显示，武汉城市一卡通支付有限公司的主要违法违规事实（案由）为：未按照规定存放备付金；未按照规定开展客户尽职调查。
针对上述违法违规行为，中国人民银行湖北省分行对其警告，通报批评，罚款89万元；对于某罡罚款8万元。
