小鹏汽车在港交所公告，4月1日起，本公司中文名称将由“小鹏汽车有限公司”变更为“小鹏集团”。公司英文名称维持不变，仍为“XPeng Inc.”。自2026年4月1日上午9时起，本公司于香港联合交易所有限公司主板进行交易的A类普通股，其中文股分简称将由“小鹏汽车–W”变更为“小鹏集团–W”。
