@北京铁路 微博3月27日发文称，3月27日11时左右，京广高铁涿州东至杜家坎线路所间上行线接触网挂异物，导致部分上行旅客列车晚点运行。铁路部门立即启动应急预案，安排人员赶往现场，目前正在进行处置。铁路部门提醒，请广大旅客朋友及时关注中国铁路12306网站（12306手机APP）信息或车站公告，妥善安排出行。
