据英国金融时报援引知情人士报道，Tether 已聘请毕马威会计师事务所对其财务报表进行审计，以备其美国扩张计划和潜在的融资之需。普华永道还受聘帮助该公司准备其内部系统以迎接审计。Tether、毕马威和普华永道均拒绝就此事置评。
