人民财讯3月26日电，华虹半导体在港交所公告，董事会建议将公司中文名称由“华虹半导体有限公司”更改为“华虹宏力半导体有限公司”。董事会认为，建议更改公司名称将使公司与其主要运营子公司的名称保持一致，从而更好地反映本集团的企业形象。
