3月26日，ST天瑞（300165.SZ）公告称，公司股票将于3月27日停牌一天，3月30日开市起复牌并撤销其他风险警示，证券简称由“ST天瑞”变更为“天瑞仪器”，证券代码不变，仍为300165，日涨跌幅限制仍为20%。
公司此前因2021年年报存在虚假记载于2024年12月10日被实施其他风险警示，现已完成会计差错更正及追溯调整，且自证监会行政处罚决定书下发之日起已满12个月，符合撤销条件，并获深交所审核同意。
