国家医保局副局长王文君在3月26日召开的国新办新闻发布会上介绍，从2016年启动试点到现在，长期护理保险制度建设经历了“试点、评估、扩大试点、再评估、启动全面建制”的历程。试点地区从最初的15个增至去年底的92个，覆盖3.08亿参保人，累计惠及330多万名失能人员，为群众减轻照护费用负担超1000亿元。
