3月25日，中细软科技（01020）发布公告，预计截至2025年12月31日止年度将录得年内亏损介乎约9500万元至1亿元，而截至2024年12月31日止年度的年内亏损约为4500万元。预计亏损的增加主要是由于公司知识产权相关服务现金产生单位及放债现金产生单位的商誉确认减值亏损，分别约为4200万元及1500万元。
