智通财经APP讯，乐华娱乐(02306)公布，于2026年3月25日，董事会审议及议决批准建议采纳2026年股份激励计划。2026年股份激励计划项下的股份奖励将仅由公司库存股份拨资。
于2026年3月25日，待2026年股份激励计划生效后，公司建议根据2026年股份激励计划向公司服务供应商王一博先生授出合共1250万个受限制股份单位，其亦须待股东于股东特别大会上批准后，方可作实。
