“由于建成年代久远，县城原有管网普遍存在腐蚀破损、管道受压开裂渗漏甚至塌陷等情况，加之当初规划设计的排水系统已远不能满足现在城市发展需要，我们实施这两个项目，就是要从根本上解决这些问题。”剑河县水务局副局长邹品金说。
