北京商报讯（记者 王寅浩 宋雨盈）3月25日，万泰生物发布公告称，余涛因个人家庭原因申请辞去公司董事会秘书职务，原定任期到期日为2027年4月18日，辞职后不再担任公司任何职务。根据公告，余涛辞职不影响公司相关工作的正常进行，董事会秘书职责暂由公司董事、财务总监吕赟代为行使。
