3月25日，甘肃能化（000552）发布公告，中国化学工程第四建设有限公司因合同纠纷起诉公司的全资子公司甘肃靖煤能源有限公司、靖远煤业集团刘化化工有限公司，法院判定中化四建的诉讼请求依据不足，理由不成立，依法不予支持。
2025年前三季度，甘肃能化实现收入61.19亿元，归母净利润-2.75亿元。
