3月25日，信捷电气（603416）发布公告，计划以集中竞价交易方式回购股份，回购金额在3000万元至5000万元之间，回购价格不超过80元/股，预计回购数量为38万股至63万股，占总股本的0.24%至0.40%。
2025年前三季度，信捷电气实现收入13.82亿元，归母净利润1.80亿元。
